Engagement sessions in the Spring are some of my faves. However, as a photographer myself, e-sessions at any time of the year are a great opportunity to hang out and get to know your photographer and vice versa. This time together is the perfect time to get used to being photographed so that on the day of your wedding you’re not as nervous.
A note from Corey Lynn Tucker Photography: The cherry blossoms are just delightful in Spring and what better way to celebrate than with a loving couple with pink hair, tattoos, polka dots, cupcakes and cotton candy. Having green spaces in an urban environment gives people a chance to gather, hold festivals and decompress from city living. It offers a sense of beauty and escape from the concrete jungle. Even though this was a styled shoot, Kat and James are a real life couple who adore each other. I have a feeling their special day is coming soon. Our day was filled with laughter and plentiful sunshine, a real sweet treat after a long winter. Enjoy the fresh and lovely landscape of New Haven and Meriden’s beautiful parks.
