Magnolia Plantation Rustic Wedding
Heather and Kameron
These two met while stationed in Monterey, California for Air Force training. They got married in hopes of being stationed together the following year but had to spend it apart until they were both stationed in Augusta, Georgia. Heather and Kameron were excited to finally plan a wedding ceremony at Magnolia Plantation to celebrate with their closest friends and family. It was especially important to Heather that their wedding look is indicative of their personalities and backgrounds, with Kameron being from Tennessee and Heather from New York. Heather and Kameron wanted a rustic, vintage feel with clean and elegant décor.
They chose a fitting color palette of wisteria, gray, and violet with simple flowers and beautiful draping against the dark wood of their reception space. Adorable photos of the couple in the places they had visited together added a personal touch to the table décor. The couple chose to do a first look in the Audubon Swamp Garden, which looked like a fairytale.
They took beautiful portraits amongst the tall trees before heading over to Magnolia’s signature white bridge for a few more romantic photos. Heather and Kameron’s ceremony was simply gorgeous beneath the live oaks with the river behind them. The entire wedding party and their guests cheered the newlyweds with champagne before they walked hand in hand up the aisle. Heather and Kameron’s number one priority for their wedding was to make sure their guests had a great time. They enjoyed food from B. Gourmet Catering and danced the night away to their favorite country and pop songs. The couple stole away for a private moment outside beneath twinkle lights to soak in their happy day.
