From the photographer: Emily and Adam met in Ely, MN- where civilization ends and wide-open spaces, rivers, forests, and snow covered land begins. Their love grew, and the city-girl turned into a country girl. Eventually, they moved to southern Minnesota, and while their surroundings changed, their deep love remained constant.

I’m blessed to watch the dreams of a couple, the style and details, go from a plan to fruition. Emily is an event planner; she is very organized and a visionary. She brought her classy country wedding theme to a bold and beautiful reality. Lace and burlap, rustic wooden signs and a vintage cake topper, these were just a few of the aspects that so wonderfully reflected the couple. Adam and Emily are among the most down-to-earth, genuine, loyal, and beautiful people I have ever met. What a privilege it was to watch their day unfold and photograph each sweet tear and happy laugh.
