It’s so wonderful when love and joy in photographs is this obvious. Rebekah and Kevin started the day by sharing laughs, ice cream and rainbow sprinkles at a local creamery. There is absolutely no better place to start a memorable day. They then headed out to a hot air balloon festival where the bright colors and excitement was the perfect culmination to a love filled day. A sweet day for an engagement photo shoot.

From the Photographer: Rebekah and Kevin have such life and contagious joy that I was really looking forward to seeing them again after I had the chance to photograph their proposal in the Baltimore Harbor. Rebekah and I had brainstormed together that we wanted to get some engagement photos taken in or near some hot air balloons if possible and even though the rain threatened to change those plans, we were able to after all! The first half of this engagement shoot takes place at the cutest little ice cream parlor in Downtown Easton called Olde Towne Creamery. The hot air balloon portion of the day went by in a blur as we had the chance to go inside of a half-inflated balloon. Rebekah and Kevin danced and giggled together in the colorful ballloon. The balloon festival was the perfect backdrop for their engagement session because their wedding day theme will be “love is in the air” with touches of hot air balloons and “love” balloons like they had in their engagement shoot.
