Snowy Mountain Wedding by KB Digital Designs
Well, what can I say? It’s the last day of winter, and we are saying goodbye with more snow! So, it seems fitting that we should bring you one of the last few snowy winter weddings today to inspire all of you lovelies who are planning your winter wedding next year.
From the photographer: What a beautiful day with lots of snow, just like Katie and Austin wanted. The snow began to fall the night before; we woke up to a winter wonderland perfect for outdoor portraits. The girls had blankets to keep warm while the boys had a mini snowball fight. The little flower girl who is one did amazing too. Her flower girl basket had little snowflakes dangling from it. Katie also had a rhinestone belt with snowflake rhinestones and a rhinestone snowflake hair piece as well! Katie and Austin exchanged gifts during their first look. Katie got a beautiful charm bracelet and Austin told her they could add a charm when they’re on their honeymoon. Katie gifted a keychain that says, “you have my whole heart for my whole life” and their anniversary date. The ceremony took place indoors, and it was very emotional. They are so perfect for each other, and you can see the passion they have for one another while reading their personal vows. They also wrote love letters and locked them in a box until certain anniversaries. The reception area was beautifully decorated with their engagement pictures on display at every table, with sparkles and pinecones! The toasts were sweet and from the heart by Katie’s sister and Austin’s childhood best friend. They had a choreographed first dance. They danced the night away under the twinkling lights and left with a sparkler exit!
