Urban Wedding Inspiration
Every time an inspiration photo shoot comes through, I think to myself “this is the most beautiful and inspirational shoot I’ve seen.” Then, this inspiration comes along and there I am again saying, “this is the most beautiful photo shoot I’ve see.” Go on, feast your eyes on all the urban glam and sophistication captured by Jewels Photography . Enjoy! From the photographer: Every girl has their dream wedding planned, or at least most have an idea of the style they want – this is mine. I have a very eclectic taste yet it all works together creating my idea of extraordinary and well just me, my style. When deciding on a business expansion, I thought what better way to introduce myself to Nashville than with a styled shoot that fits who I am. I joined some of Nashville and Knoxville’s finest wedding vendors, to bring you this urban yet elegant styled wedding at One at Cannery Row in downtown.
I chose Maggie Sottero’s Brandy dress from Glitz Nashville bridal store. I am pretty sure when I get married, this will be my dress! The glamorous hair updo and red lipstick sparks so much sophistication – provided by Kiby Overman of Bishop’s Salon and Cally Mae Hair. In designing the tablescapes, I held true to exactly what I desire and Anderson Rentals in Alcoa, TN helped me bring that to life. I have a slight obsession with peacock feathers for more than just their beauty. I wanted to incorporate a touch of peacock into this purple and teal theme with a touch of sparkle. By adding the champagne sequin and bronze flowers, the perfect creation was made. Branching Out Event Florist was able to match floral arrangements and a bouquet that was better than I could imagine.
As a photographer, I crave details. I love capturing all the details and hard work put into designing a wedding and reception – adding speciality cocktails and matching desserts was a must. The Frosted Affair baked some of the tastiest macarons, provided cake pops, and a gorgeous wedding cake for the event. Designs In Paper created custom gold foil cards for these details as well as a stunning wedding invitation, programs, name place cards, and menus.
