Vintage Wedding Day
I love that the bride combined a gorgeous ball gown with a birdcage veil, and amazing jewelry to pulled off a beautiful vintage and classic look. This vintage wedding has the perfect amount of glamour, love and style.
From the photographer: She’s a small town girl from Indiana, he’s a water-lover from California. Yet one halloween night while in college, Rob, dressed as a lumberjack, approached Sarah and the next evening the two shared a bottle of wine. They had 5 hour conversation; a match made in heaven. Their proposal was like it was out of Sleeping Beauty. After a long drive to spend the weekend with Rob, Sarah fell asleep almost immediately on his couch. When she was nudged awake the next morning, she found a beautiful ring on her finger. Rob, kneeling next to her, popped the question.
Their wedding was insanely beautiful! Rob and Sarah married at The Uptown Center in Michigan City, a restored old theatre, turned into an elegant and vintage wedding hall. This venue paired perfectly with Sarah’s vintage theme. Her jewelry, chairs, decor, flowers, and even the blush colored bodice of her dress came together really well and their wedding was picture perfect!
