There isn’t a better day to bring you such sweet holiday gift. Yes, I’m calling this a gift because when you do something special for someone you care about without expecting anything in return, it is a tremendously wonderful gift for everyone. This inspirational holiday table was prepared as a surprise for a special person. It makes my heart rejoice at the thought of all the love and laughter on this very special day. I hope you all enjoy it. From the photographer, Jenn Finazzo: My family owns the Italian restaurant where this shoot was held, Sal’s Caffe Italia. We have a long time customer, Mr. Michaux Grant who in the last year has experienced many hardships, including having to learning to walk all over again. This dinner was to honor him. After months of being confined to a hospital bed, then a wheelchair, Michaux, the guest of honor WALKED in to the restaurant to find 40 of his friends ready to honor him and his triumphs. The theme, ‘Joy to the world’ was for him. He brings nothing but joy each time he visits us at the restaurant and he is just simply an amazing person. It is amazing how many people love this man.
