Romantic, Rustic, And Vintage Wedding Shoot
The inspiration for this shoot was hyper-focused on warm earth tones laced with sensible details giving a high-end rustic lodge feel with blues, ivory, and gold to glam it up. The bride was wearing a low back all over lace sheath dress with an organza sash bow by Mikaella (provided by Renee Austin Weddings). Adorned by a faux fur shrug, and graceful jewelry handcrafted right in Spring Lake, by Rose Water Designs. The groom was fitted in a steel gray twilight tux provided by Dunhill Tuxedo with an ivory dress shirt and cosmopolitan black squared toe shoe pairing nicely with a solidly groomed beard. The invitation suite was fashioned by Jamie Lynne Creative on kraft paper enveloped in lace with a navy wrap and twine detail. Place cards and signage maintained the same font style and hints of stylized elements. The stunning florals provided by Wasserman’s Flower Shop included Italian Ruscus greenery, hypericum berries along with soft garden roses weaved into a vibrant flower crown and simple bouquet illuminating the models natural beauty. Window panes, succulents plus altar glass terrariums along with the added artichokes and cabbage leave centerpieces added classic touches that turned this rustic shoot into something glamorous yet so attainable for any bride-to-be. Linens, gold charivari chairs and glass chargers rimmed in gold beads were provided by Elegant Linen Designs. Brown, navy, and plaid were strategically layered to create warmth, with scarfs tied to signify the seating arrangement of the bride and groom. A vast amount of candles interlaced the tablescape vignette of antique ornaments by add{vintage} creating sheen alongside the birch and tin covered vases. The romantic scene had unpretentious values in every element carrying out the amorous undertones in the setting outdoors. Customized burn barrels under strands of lights brightened the evening sky of vibrant hues set by a classic Michigan sunset. A S’more station held homemade heart shaped delectable marshmallows alongside mugs of hot cocoa warmed by handcrafted crochet sleeves. Kendra Stanley-Mills Photography portrayed the vision in pictures that were both romantically airy and full of light.
